The domain and related services operate the Calhegas Morais reference Fog Node (FOG-NODE-PT-CM-001), a laboratory version of StrataMesh (distributed ledger technology). Laboratory infrastructure is operated under AMCM ENI (André Manuel Calhegas Morais, sole trader). Nothing herein is financial advice, an offer of securities, or a banking service.
Registration requires explicit acceptance of these terms. After registration, the account is bound to an email address and a password set by the user via a one-time link. Day-to-day access may require email two-factor authentication.
To unlock panel tools, the Node requires sovereign document identity verification (international passport or official national ID). Automated checks rely on open standards, including the machine-readable zone (MRZ) under ICAO 9303 and, where applicable, public structural validation algorithms. The document number (sovereign identifier) becomes the StrataMesh registration identifier linked to this Node account.
Legal full name and document numbers are internal verification data — not a public profile. The username, chosen within Node rules, is the public identity on the Node. Email is used for system communications (2FA, security, notices).
False documents, identity misuse, mesh attacks or abusive exploitation of services are prohibited. The Node may suspend accounts for abuse. Attack attempts do not earn STRATA rewards; captured resources may be absorbed under protocol anti-fragility rules.
STRATA and the Agora are protocol mechanisms under trial in this phase. Laboratory balances or issuances that do not result from effective Node Proof of Contribution do not automatically carry into a post-laboratory phase unless expressly stated otherwise.
Common-user panel tools unlock after successful automated verification (or authorised elevation). Staff access is governed by internal clearance and separate authentication.
The current terms version is «node-1.0». Material changes may be notified by system email or portal notice. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance where applicable law allows.
